THE PLATFORM.
01Can Archway run on-premise?+
Yes. Archway is Docker-packaged and can run in a managed cloud, your cloud or your own data centre, depending on the institution’s data and operating requirements.
02How does migration work?+
Migration is scoped as part of implementation. People, programs, registrations, grades, finance and documents are mapped, moved and reconciled before cut-over.
03Which languages are supported?+
Arabic and English are supported throughout the interface, including right-to-left layouts and Arabic data capture. Additional languages can be discussed.
04What can Archway integrate with?+
The API and webhook layer supports connections to learning platforms, accounting and ERP systems, identity providers, payment gateways and other institutional services.
05Does rollout have to happen all at once?+
No. The rollout can be phased around the institution’s priorities, data readiness and academic calendar. Each stage is planned to create a usable foundation for what follows.
